North is the facilitated orientation experience at the core of Cgility, built on our identity-based adaptive learning engine. It helps participants understand how they naturally contribute at work.
Delivered as a half-day or full-day workshop, with a 60-minute pilot available.
Not how you should work. Not what job you should get. How you actually show up when no one’s telling you what to do.
There are no right answers. No ideal profiles.
Just a clearer reference point you can return to.
What This Reveals

Cgility North isn't an online quiz. It's a live facilitated experience, typically with a cohort.
North helps participants see how they work, test it in real situations, and carry that clarity forward — all within one integrated experience.
Some organizations begin with a 60-minute pilot. Others run the full half-day or full-day immersive workshop.
