For Programs
Â
A starting point for humanities majors, liberal arts students, generalists, and new grads. Before skills training, before role definition, and before the stakes get high.
Where North Is Most Useful
Moments of Transition
Cgility North works best when people are preparing to enter work, or have just started and feel lost. It gives them language for how they create value, before anyone asks them to perform.
Common contexts:
- Humanities and liberal arts career programming
- Senior capstone or transition courses
- Career services workshops
- Honors programs and generalist cohorts
- First-generation student programs
- Early-career onboarding or "first 90 days" support
What Programs Gain
Outcomes You'll Notice
After running North, programs typically see:
- Students who can actually answer "what do you bring?" in interviews
- Less panic about not having a "hard skill"
- New grads who orient faster in their first roles
- A shared vocabulary that cohorts can reference together
- More confident articulation of value
- Practical leave-behind materials they'll actually use
Not because you told people what to do. Because they finally had footing.
"I've been to a dozen career workshops and never got this kind of clarity. These questions actually made me think differently about myself."
— Sarah K., Senior
Program Formats
Flexible by Design
- Single session (60 min): North — the Card and the language
- Two-session program (2 x 60 min): North + Application — using the Card on a real challenge
- Ongoing: License for multiple cohorts, train internal facilitators
Most programs start with a single pilot workshop. If it works, we design what's next together.
What's Included
More Than a Workshop
Depending on format, programs receive:
- Facilitated session(s) built around a digital tool
- The Card for each participant
- Field guides for application (interviewing, first 90 days, team dynamics)
- Cohort debrief or facilitator notes on request
North is non-evaluative and sits alongside your existing programming. It doesn't compete with what you're already doing, it gives it a foundation.
Pricing
More Than a Workshop
Pilots typically range from $2,500 to $5,000, depending on cohort size and format.
Two-session programs and institutional licensing are available.
