What is CGLX™?

CGLX™ is our developmental tool for understanding how people create impact at work, and where they have the most room to grow. Each participant receives a CGLX Profile, which becomes the starting point for their development.

Is it a personality test?

No. Personality tests describe who you are. CGLX focuses on how you contribute at work, and turns that insight into practical next steps. It’s built for action, not labels.

Where did cGLX come from?

CGLX grew out of years of mentoring and onboarding people across many teams and industries, from new professionals to experienced leaders. The patterns observed over that time became the foundation of the tool used in the 90-Day Impact Program.

What is it based on?

CGLX is built on our Create · Grow · Lead™ framework and draws on principles of experiential learning and adult development. It was developed through years of observing how people contribute, learn, and grow across different work environments.

How is it used in the program?

Participants complete CGLX before the Impact Program. Their profile shapes a personalized development plan that connects how they create impact with what their role requires.

is my information kept private?

Yes. Individual profiles are confidential and shared with leadership only in aggregate or with the participant’s agreement. Anonymized, aggregated insights may be used to improve the tool.
