6-Week Pilot Program

Give Your Students Clarity to Lead

A complete implementation that helps students understand how they work, communicate their value, and navigate complexity with confidence.

The Gap Your Students Are Facing

Your students graduate with strong academics, but struggle when asked to:

  • Explain their value beyond their resume
  • Navigate team dynamics without clear direction
  • Make decisions about their path with confidence
  • Lead themselves when structure disappears

This isn't a skills gap. It's an identity gap.

Students know what they studied, but not how they work. Cgility gives them the framework to answer the questions education doesn't teach.

What Is the Cgility Pilot Program?

A hands-on, 6-week learning experience that helps students map their work identity and apply it in real situations.

Through diagnostics, reflection, and practical tools, students discover:

  • How they create value — the impact they naturally make
  • How they contribute — their role in teams and projects
  • Their unique approach — the working style that's authentically theirs

By the end, students can clearly articulate who they are, how they work, and where they make the biggest impact — in interviews, team settings, and beyond.

6 Weeks. Complete Transformation.

Week 1: Foundation
Students explore how they naturally contribute when job titles and expectations are removed. This shifts their thinking from "what should I do?" to "how do I work?"

Week 2: Diagnostic
A hands-on sorting process reveals which skills energize them, which stretch them, and which drain them. Students see their natural patterns clearly for the first time.

Week 3: Identity Mapping
Students map their work identity using a visual framework that shows how they create value, contribute to teams, and approach work.

Week 4: Communication & Application
Students build language to describe themselves in interviews, team settings, and decisions. They practice translating identity into action.

Week 5: Alignment Tool
Students learn a simple framework for realigning when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unclear — a tool they'll use long after the program ends.

Week 6: Navigation & Integration
Students apply their identity to real complexity: navigating unclear situations, making decisions, and creating their path forward.

Why This Matters Now

Cgility builds the capabilities that education struggles to teach and AI can't replace — helping your students design their path, not just follow one.

The future belongs to those who understand how they work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who facilitates the sessions?
The Cgility founder facilitates all sessions with your students. Your team handles logistics, scheduling, and student coordination. For schools interested in running future cohorts independently, we offer facilitator training and licensing after pilot completion.

Do we need to train our staff before the pilot?
No. We handle all facilitation for the pilot. Your staff observes and supports logistics. If you want to run future cohorts with your own facilitators, we offer training afterward.

Can our staff learn to facilitate this themselves?
Yes. After completing a pilot, schools can pursue facilitator training and licensing to run future cohorts independently with their own staff.

What's required from our team during the pilot?
Logistics coordination (scheduling rooms/Zoom, communicating with students, managing enrollment) and optional observation of sessions. We handle all content delivery and facilitation.

Can we customize the content?
Yes. We'll tailor examples and context to your students while maintaining the core framework that makes Cgility effective.

What age/grade level is this designed for?
High school juniors/seniors, college students, and early-career professionals (ages 16-25).

Is this virtual or in-person?
Both. We support either delivery format based on your needs and location.

What happens after the 6 weeks?
Students leave with tools they'll use long-term. Schools can:

  • Run additional cohorts (with our facilitation or through licensed facilitators)
  • Integrate Cgility tools into existing courses
  • Pursue facilitator training for staff
